MANNING, SC - Celebrate spring at the Clarendon County Striped Bass Festival on April 23-25, 2010. Enjoy live entertainment, amusement rides and a fireworks show in downtown Manning. A 100+ unit parade begins Saturday morning followed by arts & crafts, food vendors and much, much more.
