Situated on over nine+ pristine mountain acres, the grounds are completely fenced and come equipped with a new 40’ X 60' covered stage, complete with two dressing rooms, loading dock and power for lights and sound. Event planners also have access to existing infrastructure, including but not limited to; electricity, water, ticket booth, a concession stand (refrigerator, prep tables, washing station), permanent restrooms, field lighting, trash barrels & dumpster and parking. Use of the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds is limited only by your imagination. You're invited to view the grounds and consider all possibilities.
